		<description>It may take years before you can turn your head to not worry. And it helps if you have people around you that can tell &lt;em&gt;why&lt;/em&gt; there's no need to worry.  We who do worry have plenty of reasons why you should worry, so we need a good reason for why not.

Another thing you can do is when does worrying thoughts comes a long, tell yourself that you're just making it up. Those worrying thoughts can feel very real, even if it's things like the sky will fall in your head if you go out.</description>
