That sucks about The Daily Show and The Colbert Report.

Slone: Yeah, it’s certainly possible. How long have the writers been striking already, do you know?

Hrafn: I remember the gist of the plot, and I remember the last episode of season 3 quite well. I’d say that most likely, there will be a good deal of “recap” material in episode 1 of season 4, so we probably won’t have to rewatch everything. However, I still may do so.

Well, there’s really no telling when the strike will end. I guess I’m just assuming 2009 considering the big gaps there have been so far, and that the half of the season they’ve already got finished should now take them through summer 2008.

Nils: Yeah, Season 3 isn’t out on DVD here either – at least, not that I know of. Looking at amazon.com, the episodes are available for $2.00/each via their Unbox service. I wouldn’t recommend that; I tried the Unbox thing when it first came out and hated it.

And no, that’s a bad idea about buying a MacBook. Macs are evil. PCs are the way to go.

Lucky you. I’ve had to give up on BSG entirely since it seems to have died over here too. I don’t think S3 is out on DVD even.

On top of that, my iBook has one big flaw in that it lacks in RAM to seriously watch online video. Frak that I’d say.

So, I’ll do what anyone would do in a third world country like mine: get a loan and buy a new MacBook. Right?

I think January was originally intended… but then it got pushed back. I avoided bringing this up with you.

To get bad news out in one go, due to the writer’s strike it doesn’t seem Season 4 is able to finish. Sooo we might have to wait until 2009 to get “Season 4.5″ and the series finale.
