I nearly forgot to jot up a quick post about this. Yesterday I took my last final exam of the quarter, which was in my math class. That of course signals the end of spring quarter for me, and the end of spring quarter signals a few other things:
- Unless I have some great urge to take, say, advanced calculus or perhaps astrophysics, I am now completely done with math, for the rest of my entire college career.
- I also have completed all of the required lower level history courses, as well as all of the lower level English courses, which means that…
- I have 3 or 4 other required classes that I’ll need to take to fulfill the requirements of the “standard education” program that the university has, and then I’ll be done with it. This essentially means that I’ll be able to take mostly whatever I want. I foresee lots and lots of history classes and electives in my future!
Fare thee well, mathematics. I never did like you.
