		<description>It&#039;s actually not that complicated once you do it for a few weeks. After that, you can basically go through the upper body / lower body sections without thinking about it much. I found the diet section of Body for Life more complicated than the exercise, but since I can&#039;t afford his suggested diet anyway, it&#039;s a moot point.</description>

With me, the combination of summer (less an lighter food) and being active already results in the same &#039;feeling better&#039; bit, but I too would need a constant challenge, I guess, to actually see some lasting change. But working out and eating well do cost a lot, I agree. Not eating would solve that, but I doubt it would last long. Good luck. We expect some body shots soon.</description>
