Whatever was causing me to be bounced to a blog I’d deleted when logging in at WP.com seems to have been fixed. Whenever I login now, I’m sent to the System 13 dashboard.

Yes, it was an oversight in a small bit of the login code that I had. Now it should work a whole lot better
