		<description>I find it a little amusing to hear this speech.  Back during my college years (many moons ago), there was a book called &quot;Closing of the American Mind&quot; that argued the opposite POV.  The author claimed our colleges were failing to do their jobs (and likewise failing our culture) because they were emphasizing creativity rather than giving students a solid foundation of knowledge.
